I help companies make content that performs.

Writing has long been in my DNA – it’s a skill I also use to partner with healthcare industry clients who are eager to tap into the effectiveness good content can have in furthering their business.

Powerful health-based content marketing can:

Bulleted icon list describing the benefits of content marketing.

Increase traffic, inbound leads, and conversions.

Prove your authority and accelerate brand awareness.

Nurture your audience on their customer journey.

Keep them coming back with high-value content.

But good content is hard.

The right content strategy in healthcare or wellness categories demands a unique combination of clinical relevance and an intricate knowledge of abysmally-complex and ever-changing SEO practices.

It’s near impossible to find someone who understands both. Typically you’ll end up with either…

A marketing agency that performs great technical SEO, but is hampered by a lack of medical knowledge and can thus only produce vague, low-value content for your audience (ie., they’re not playing inside baseball).

OR…

Clinical writers who don’t understand keyword research, backlinking techniques, SERPs, breadcrumbs, and overarching strategies that can increase your domain authority.

But but, a good content marketing strategy also pays off!

3X

more lead gen vs. outbound (while costing 62% less)

49%

of marketers think content is their most profitable channel

10%

the small percentage of marketers who don’t use content!

How E-A-T makes content even more challenging.

In 2018, Google had a problem. Bad health content with dangerous advice was all over the internet.

So they developed an algorithm called Expert-Authority-Trust (E-A-T) as a way to give a higher rank to trusted sources. Without going into the weeds, two of the big components to this are:

#1: Credentials in your byline (like the letter soup after my name).
#2: Reputation of the author’s existing content across the internet.

But why me?

But why me?

Well, everyone is looking for something different, but I can tell you which needs I’m best suited to meet with my clients. You might benefit from my services if…

1. You need to produce keyword-informed and high-value content more frequently.
In the organic search funnel game, nothing brings in potential clients like consistently giving them high-value content before asking anything of them in return.

2. You need to add E-A-T points and clinical value to existing content.
Updating content is a proven SEO strategy, so revisiting existing content to improve SEO gaps and keep it up to date matters. And adding the combination of my credentials, existing reputable content across the internet, and experience writing in the health space for several years can give your content a leg up for this reason alone.

3. You need content strategy consulting to improve your organic search channel.
I tend to work with clients who have been let down by their efforts with content in the past. Writing content helps, but developing overarching strategies, keyword-based editorial calendars, and implementing a metrics-driven change process is what will ultimately move the needle for your site
